The product shown in the photograph above is a RODEX brand, RDX50160 model/type, 160 A MMA welding machine.

It has been determined that the RODEX brand RDX50160 model welding machine, placed on the market between 25 March 2021 and 29 January 2026 by the manufacturer Akdemir Global Dış Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, is non-compliant because its Ecodesign test report was submitted after the import date.

Pursuant to Article 20 of Product Safety and Technical Regulations Law No. 7223 and the Decision of the Ministry of Industry and Technology dated 4 August 2026 and numbered E-42910489-591-8266495, it has been decided to immediately suspend the placing of the product on the market, prevent it from being made available on the market, withdraw it from the market and recall it.

Due to the safety risk posed by the product, individuals or organisations possessing the product described above are urgently requested to stop using it and send it to our company, whose name, contact details and address are provided below.

All costs relating to the delivery and return of the product to our company will be covered by us. Pursuant to the third paragraph of Article 19 of Law No. 7223, the following remedies are available:

Elimination of the issue that led to the product recall,
Payment of the product's retail value on the delivery date,
Replacement of the product with a safe and equivalent product compliant with the applicable technical regulations.

Option offered to the end user:
Under option 2, the product's retail value on the delivery date will be paid to the end user.
